We will begin each day with a mindfulness mediation session and move on to an energetic and invigorating vinyasa practice focusing on breath based movements; using a combination of themes and intelligent sequencing we shall explore a wide variety of poses. The evening practice will be a slower Hatha/ Yin practice as the sun sets on the Arabian Sea.
Breakfast and dinner is included in your retreat plan and meals are prepared locally with fresh and seasonal ingredients with vegetarian and vegan options available. There will be a couple of optional yoga and Ayurveda workshops during some afternoons to leave you with plenty of time to unwind at the beach, go sightseeing or partake in other local activities.
