Forget everything about perfect alignments, this is the retreat for letting go and resting yourself. Focus will be on boosting our psycical health to be able to enjoy life. Buddha said: To keep the body in good health is a duty… otherwise we shall not be able to keep our minds strong and clear. So true!
We will use the techniques of Kundalini yoga as well as yin yoga to work with our subtle energy system. We will boost our mind with a lot of mantrameditations and learn how to use pranayama (breathing tecniques) to enhance our energy level.
Breathwalks in the sunset, sharings and a visit to the ayurvedic doctor in the neighboring town is also on the program.
